Experience a powerful breathwork session in the peaceful jungle environment of KAN Tulum. Led by professional freediver and breathwork educator Tavi Castro, this class introduces practical breathing techniques designed to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve focus.

Poseidon Breath sessions combine modern nervous system science with breath control methods inspired by freediving — a discipline where learning to remain calm under pressure is essential.
